Absolutely Terrible Service – Order Canceled After 1 Hour of Waiting!
I had the worst experience with Domino’s Pizza – Bangalore, Neeladri Road, Electronic City Branch today. I placed an order (#377) and waited for over an hour, only to be told by the delivery person that I had to come halfway to pick it up myself! If that wasn’t bad enough, after multiple calls (over 10 times!) to the store with zero response, my order was suddenly canceled without any explanation.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! If Domino’s can’t fulfill an order, at the very least, they should inform the customer properly instead of making them wait and then canceling at the last minute. The lack of customer support, poor communication, and failure to deliver makes me question whether this branch even cares about its customers.
