Dmarveled.com Unhelpful Customer Service. Review on Dmarveled

I recently ordered an item from Dmarveled.com and what I got was a disappointing experience. It started with the ordering process. The website was confusing and unorganized. I couldn't tell what the item was or what it was made of. I eventually figured out what I was ordering and placed my order.The item arrived in the mail several days later, but it was the wrong item. I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful. They told me it was my fault and that I had ordered the wrong item. They then told me I would have to return it and pay a restocking fee.Once I returned the item, I had to wait several weeks to get my money back. When I finally received my refund, it was less than what I had originally paid. I contacted customer service again, but they refused to refund me the difference.Overall, I had a terrible experience with Dmarveled.com. The website is difficult to navigate, the customer service is unhelpful, and they don't stand by their products. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
