I have taken disprin many times and it is true that it is effective.But when I consulted a phisician then he refused me to take it.He adviced me that it is a pain killer.And it is very harmful for our body parts.Use of Disprin may be the cause of kidney failure and our heart is also get effected by use of this medicine.So I don't recommend it.In spite of this if you use it then kindly consult your docter.
