I am using Dish tv from a long time and the first thing I saw it takes a lot more time to change a channel than any other digital tv also they have signal issue everytime and I rainy or cloudy weather they have no signal apart from that they automatically activate the plans on your dishtv packs I opted for a low cost plan and in that plan I got activation message of sport pack which I never opted and after contacting customer care they said its mandatory to take this pack . its my suggestion don't purchase dis tv also the picture is not good at all and they just fool people
