Dish TV HD Not Working. Review on Dish TV

Dish TV is the India's No.1 Service Provider But In the real World It Is worst.

I Have recently upgraded my Set Up Box to HD Box and they Charge me 800Rs for the updation procedure but when I watch the HD channels I have to switch the resolution to full HD every time I switch on the dishtv

Picture & Sound Quality

1. You have to set the resolution every time you switch on Dish TV

2. There are limited numbers of HD quality Channels Supported

3. Picture Qulaity is very bad when comparing by playing a youtube video of same resolution

4. You have to set the sound quality to 5.1 digital sound

5. There is no difference between 5.1 sound and normal sound

Service & Support

1. customers care Service is very bad you have to wait for more than 5 minutes to reach customer cares

2. customer care doesn't give all the required details

3. they always call for unwanted promotional offers

4. sometimes they start arguing with us and also they tell some abusive wors

Dish Tv Is not a Value for money it doesn't provide services and they don't think about customer satisfaction

they have higher packs price for hd channels but it is no.1 in market
