Am not writing any hate words or any essay about this, but few points which I found.
1) very bad condition of the website
a) Poorly managed contents
b) Renewal online is a pain
c) Forgot password section takes to page not found( no rectification even after so many days)
d) No payment online options are working
With this poor maintenance of the site, I doubt the security mechanism there and fearing to make online payments.
2) Channels aired
a) Neo Sports not available- It's almost three years since the channel existed but not available on Dish TV
b) New channels takes a long time appear with Dish TV
c) Packaging of channels includes the cheap quality Zee group's channels for which we have to shell out.
3) Customer care is a joke with dish TV
I bought this stuff way back in Jan 2005 paying a hefty 7K plus, but not happy since the purchase and been waiting for the competition to start the race. I didn't went for TATA SKY because I have some bitter experience with TATA INDICOM, West side and Voltas AC(chinese import). TATA products are a big no no to me.
Now I found BIG TV Ok and throwing my dish TV stuff to the scrap merchant.
