I made the mistake of my life to purchase a dishtv connection, thinking that perhaps it is more economical than tatasky. I already have a tata sky and hence wanted an alternate connection.Trust me, I never thought I will go through this ordeal of mis-commitment, rude customer service and carelessness attitude. And to top it up, I was also if not verbally, but called a liar.
I have sent numerous mails to their customer service, called them up and even sent a mail to their CEO, but the response has been nothing short of disappointment.
I was promised a connection within 48 hours, its been more than 3 days now, and I am still waiting.
