I am experiencing lot of problems with Dish TV. Customer service is also rendering very poor service and the Dish TV is only keen in charging to customers. Signal problems, Set of box trouble etc. are often coming up. If complain is given no proper response and I am rather fed up for having installed DishTV.
Also customers are being given wrong account at the time of payment and to set right many mail or calls are to be made.Sometimes they do not reply at all. I would rather advice the people to avoid Dish TV installation. I am also seriously thinking of swtiching over to someother brand.
