I have used Dish tv fr abt 2 yrs. signal quality is pretty much poor as compared to others. by luckk I din hav to deal with any customer care issue., so no comments in that area. The only  conclusion I can giv is not to buy it if u want a better quality singnal. Tata sky signal is pretty good but its rates r a bit high
