The customer support people are a bunch of frauds. I have been paying for HD channels pack for last 2 years, and usually make an advance payment for 6 months. I lodged a complaint in Oct 2013 because the HD channels were not coming at my place, and they said that a technician will visit our place.
But there was no visit made, and the problem was still there. I tried calling them up a couple of times but their number was unavailable. Then today I came to know that they had closed my complaint themselves, and mentioned that I myself asked the technician not to come.
I had been paying for the HD pack all this while, without getting the service. Worst service ever.
