Pathetic customer service provided by dish tv, you dial on toll number and then keep pressing 1, 2, 3.. and you will yield irritation. Definitely you will not end up where you want to
After 10 minutes you will reach to a customer service executive who will not understand plain English and will suggest to contact local dealer or local service center. I bet if you dare to dial customer service center again….
However need for customer service is not very fewquent, but whenever u need this you will not get. this is gauranteed that to reach customer service executive u will spend atleast 10 minutes, and by that time you will forget what to ask...
