I've been with DishTV for around 3 years and had paid my subscription for 5 years in advance! I subscribed for Full HD, Full Sports and South package. The recording facility was also part of my package. The idea of paying subscription in advance is like taking a Fixed Deposit where in the rate of interest is fixed till maturity. But, at DishTV they charged me for adding HD channel like Asianet HD. I did not complain. Now, without any intimation whatsoever they stopped recording facility and say that its chargeable! First of all, it should not have been applicable for existing customers, besides they should have informed at least few days in advance before stopping the facility! This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable! I advise all customers - new or existing to think twice before going for/continuing with DishTV. They care about money only, not customers!
