Worst Service Provider I must admit. Charges are premium but service is sub-standard. I shifted from a local cable operator to Dish TV for better service and this is what I get.
1) 31 mins waiting on the customer care number with the call being disconnected automatically. To add to the misery, this is not a toll free number so a direct debit of Rs 31 to me courtesy Dish TV.
2) Customer care number always busy with no answers
3) No reply to the CALL ME message service which is a chargeable messages
4) Pathetic customer experience.
5) Subscribing to HD channels at a huge premium and not getting to view some on the channels on a regular basis
Please take this up "concerned officials" or this company is surely going in the doldrums.
