Digit(earlier Chip) was used to be a very good product of Jasubahi Media Few years back. Recently I came across few complains including mine that Once they collect full advance subscription from customer they are not sending magazines to the subscriber's address.
A subscriber like us has paid full amount in advance ?They become helpless '' One should come out with such happenings to remind them that after all customers & consumers are Superior & should not be ill treated by such Company.
May I request all consumers & customers to take a note of it & start buying products from direct market & not to pay in advance to avoid such inconvience? They are really worthless if we complain to them. I repeat it was a really good company few years back.
They have got enough scope for improvement. They can easily find what is wrong with couriers also. I wish them good luck Dr.Buddhadev Rajesh M.
