Hope Digaaz has improved by now. Review on Digaaz

So I went to their website, and so a lacoste T-shirt and I read there description which says "The Pictures you see are taken at the studio of digaaz.com, you will get exactly what you see in our pictures" and "We guarantee that we are authorized to sell this product and that every brand we sell is authentic."

Even then I pinged the chat support and I asked him "Can I return my product if the Lacoste tshirt turns out to be a fake?" and he replied with "We do not sell fake products. Digaaz is known for its authenticity" so I bought this red Lacoste t-shirt and then I received it. I opened the pack and the tshirt turned out to be FAKE! The crocodile logo they designed looks like a dead frog!

EDIT:- I have received a call today from Digaaz, (The next working day after I wrote the above review), they said to me they will make a reverse pickup tomorrow and refund the entire amount". They also asked me to edit this review in mouthshut.

Finally the pick-up guys have come and took my returns and after its almost 1 week and I have not yet received my money back!

EDIT:- After waiting for about 1 month after giving refund account details, I get my refund. At the end got a call from customer support guy  who was well spoken and he told me that the "Digaaz has refurbished its entire team and working on betterment of products."
