I placed an order for a Franck Muller watch with Digaaz, but after placing an order I read some negative reviews online about Digaaz, so emailed them to cancel the order. But their customer care team called me up and gave an assurance that those reviews are just competitors reviews and they sent me an authentication certificate.
I was still confused but I agreed to accept the order as it was gift for my husband. The day I received it I took it to the store to authenticate and for Gods sake it was an original piece. I was so happy at that point of time that I can't express my happiness.
My husband also likes the product and now I have also ordered for myself. All in all a good experience with some mixed feelings. So my full numbers to Digaaz for a very good concept.
