As of last week I started a diet. I had put on weight over christmas and could do with losing quite a bit.
I have always enjoyed diet drinks and since drinking them I do not enjoy the original, fatty ones.
I must have tried Diet Coke first in maybe 1992. Changing from regular Coke to this variety is a big change. The taste is so different. Diet Coke does have a sweet taste, but you know it is good for you.
This juice comes in 330ml tins, 500ml bottles, 1.5 litre bottles and 2 litre bottles
330ml costs 40p - 60p
500ml costs 60p - 90p
1.5 litre costs 79p - £1.30
2 litre costs 99p - £1.60
The best thing about this drink is it only has 0.4 calories per 100ml. So a 330ml tin has under 1.5 calories in it.
You can choose his drink in any restaurant or fast food place around here. When you think that regular Coke has 45 calories per 100mls it can make a difference if you change drinks.
So now about my diet. It is going well. I drink this all day every day and it takes the edge of my hunger. Because it is gassy it fills me up and also since it is low calorie I am doing something good for my body.
