I am just feeling so cheated and want to warn all of you off. I ordered some party decorations for my 2 year old's birthday from Dholdhamaka.com and paid by credit card. They disappeared on me for 10 days, and no one answers the toll free number or emails. Finally I contacted the owner Satyam on facebook. After 3 days, he assures me that the order would be'hand delivered to me by the morning of 6th June, my daughter's party. Then he disappears as well. I ask for a full refund, to no revert. 2 days after the party is over, their delivery man rings my door bell, hands the package to my maid and runs off before I can come to the door. The biggest cheats in the online retail space.from the back-end team right up to the owner Satyam.
