Fraud operations of DHL. Review on DHL

For all little shipments for consumers (retail) shopping for products online, DHL just assess any random value for charging duties and under the guise of customs (they could be involved too) they are looting the people of their hard earned money.

If you raise a concern with them, it takes them a week to understand what is wrong. their customer care officers/lead of whoever it is, are not even trained or perhaps that is how they are, lack any courtesy. they talk to you in a way which is not acceptable. they behave as if they have paid you to listen to their crap. they can do this only because they have our package with them. it is as good as a ransom.

if there was rating less than poor, that would have been a way to begin with for rating the services of DHL and its incompetent and unhelpful staff. least the ones that I have dealt with.
