If it's DHFL don't ever make a mistake of borrowing loan from here. People working here are absolutely hopeless. I had recently borrowed my housing loan to dhfl. They deposit our security cheques without informing us. My emi was debited from my account through Ecs but within 2 days again my security cheque was deposited of my emi amount. On asked they say it's done by mistake. Twice it happened with me. Person who has done the formalities doesn't know the banks policy and always misguided me. I had to call his manager at least 10 times and after several attempts he pick up the calls after 2 days. His assistance always says don't call my manager he's busy.
There has to be some action taken against them.
