I have taken housing loan from Indiabulls in Aug-2017 with 8.5% intrest rate. With in 1 year they increased the intrest rate to 9.5% and number of emi's increased to 155 months from 144. No proper response from customer care. Hopeless and ridiculous company. I suggest don't go with Indiabulls housing loan.
