Dhadkan was a little unique story than other indian movies. Sunil Shetty and Shilpa Shetty love each other crazily. Sunil is a poor guy who lives with his mother. Shilpa is daughter of a very rich and repected man. Shilpa's father thinks Sunil is not the right match for her because Sunil is an arrogant person, and he will not be able to take full responsibility of her. Shilpa gets married to Akshay Kumar, Akki is a rich, well-mannered business man. The difference in the story is Sunil goes on to London to become so rich that Shilpa will eventually come back to him. Sunil becomes very rich and comes back in town to get Shilpa. He goes to the extreme by forcing Akki to bid his house. Akki and Shilpa have to live with their driver (arent drivers nice in India) and Sunil thinks he won the battle of love. At the end, Sunil realizes he cant break the love birds. Its a simple, realistic, worth watching movie. The casts did fine job. Sunil, Akshay, and Shilpa gave their best performance and so did Mahima. The songs were meledious. A little over-acting was done by Akshay's step parents, or else the movie was great. I recommend you watch this movie with someone you love.
