When I bought dettol soap for bathing .it made my skin flaky and so dry that it started itching .even a best cream could not help me .and when I realised its due to the soap only .and I stopped using it.my dryness improved and disappeared in few days.the worst soap for even hand wash .people with dry skin should keep themselves away from dis drying product
