I am not a doctor or a medical student to know whether it keeps the germs away but based on my experience I know that when I use dettol hand wash liquid the number of minor disease like common cold, fever, cough is rare but we use just any other soap my brothers and sisters gets stick I think dettol hand wash is the best for any type of use which is related to all the human work and use.
It is very cheap and best and it is available in all the markets and shops. It is easy to squeeze and safely. So I recommend that the this is one very good liquid soap which has awesome smell and works efficiently in keeping away the germs.
