Ordered item and paid online on 4th October 2023.
Waited 6 days for any response.
Sent query on 10th October 2023. No response again.
Finally asked for order cancellation and refund on 17th October. Still no response.
Found large number of similar complaints for this site on the internet.
Suspect they have not shipped any items to any buyer.
Visited their shop in Mayapuri, New Delhi, on 19th October. Found premises locked.
Calls are not answered.
Will lodge complaints on Cybercrime, Consumer Complaints and Ministry of Commerce sites
