Ordered few things from deodap for my brother’s upcoming trip… essentials like tyre puncture kit, water bottle n all… delivery time said 8-10 days so i thought it’ll come on time… but even after 6 days nothing was dispatched
tried to cancel but guess what? no option to cancel on app or website… like bro that’s basic… tried calling, whatsapp, mailed them – no response anywhere
finally delivered after 14 days (trip already done by then)… and out of 10 items – 3 were missing, 1 was damaged and 1 was rusted… seriously??
not ordering again from deodap, worst experience ever
