Out of 13 items order placed , one item was defective / incomplete. So the process of seeking refund & getting their response on their system of ticket creation does not give any result. Total waist of time & money. Now even call on their computer does not connect to anyone to speak. So avoid. Average cost will be higher in view of some defective pieces and quality is poor though cheap
