I have flown Delta several times from US to Mumbai.
The service has always been immaculate. If only other airlines could learn how to treat a customer the industry would not be in the shape it is in today. I have never been treated rudely, Have always been given the seats and services I have requested.
Infact The last air persur ''MIRON'' I think that was his name should receive an award for his parience with rude customers. This airline gets a Super 10 as compared to british airways that treats Indians like 3rd grade citizens.
