This is now my second XPS 13 and both have had screen hinge issues. The current one is 9 months old and their 'escalation team' say the hinge is damaged the laptop. Has never been dropped no scratches, and never mishandled.
Forced now to try to go through cunsumer affairs to get a remedy.
Don't believe the nonsense the dell is a reputable multinational company and can be relied on.
