Do not buy dell laptops. My order number was 840485423
I asked for 14inch and they shipped me 11inch.They shipped me wrong product and defective pieces, keypad was broken. This resulted in endless followups from last 30 days with exchange team and till now nothing has happened.
There is no customtakeouter service in india. They will simply sell it and provide no service. Dell is good is US but service is pathetic in India.
The customtakeouter care is very rude and will even abuse you. We have launched a consumer case against them but it's high time to say no to dell.

Dell will give you lot of false promises before selling. Better swtich to HP or Lenevo. #dell #fail
