Dell Service in India as soo bad! I bought my computer in US with an International 3 year door to door service. I am travelling in India - So sad my computer has a problem.I called customer care in US and they said my computer was covered adn I just had to call the India office to get the repair done.
The Dell customer care people in india are not helpful and in fact too bad for words! All I can say is that these people you will spend an hour on the phone hoping they understand and do what they have to.
