Six months ago I purchased a dell inspiration 4 in Rs 38000. I ordered it from Dell's official wesite. For two to three months it works well. But in fourth month it causes many problems. There is a defect in its display, a vertical line runs all over the display which makes difficult to use. I contacted customer care for help because it was in warrant period. But they refuse to replace it because they think it was dropped. But its noy so. Speaker quality is also not too good. It was a big mistake to trust on dell. It cost me four thousand more for screen change.
