I am using this laptop from 4 years ago. But from the starting days I faced most problems .
After two months my first problem occurred. That was with my laptop keypad. It was not working.
So as if it was in warranty . I call the customer care BT after 15 days they repair it. I have to suffer a lot.
Then after one year after the warranty period over the batterary goes down . Then when I call customer care they said that it required 5000 rupees.
Now you decide I bought it before 4 years in 44500 rupees and after one years it get me in trouble of Rs 5000 so total sum is now 49500.
In that situation I wished that why I bought this. I have also seen that my friends laptop also disturbed many times .
Then after two years my hard disk goes down.
Also when I went to install windows 8 . I have not found its drivers.
As I faced a lot of problems so I don't recommend this laptop to any one.
