Dell Inspiron 3551 notebook costs around Rupees 19000/- in India. Well, some smartphones are even expensive than this laptop!
Specifications: It uses Intel Pentium N3540 processor(which is old!), which is a quad-core.
The main advantage of this laptop is, it has 4GB of RAM and 500GB of a hard disk.
It comes with Ubuntu operating system preinstalled.
It is a 64-bit system.
This laptop is not for heavy usage, best suitable for students, to use some educational software. Also, this is not for heavy gaming as it comes with old intel graphics.
Lastly, I want to say, you can buy a laptop at a price of a smartphone so you can't complain about features.
