Hello I am using my dell inspiron laptop right now and from past 6 months .first of all the speaker volume is too low .also there is a frequent problem on mother board .ram and lcd cables which I got changed thrice within 6 months however the service providing if quite good .the only problem seems to with the product .i recommend you to go for either apple or sony by spending some more money but not to waste it on dell.
