Multiple issues, worst courier company. There is absolute no way for a customer to call/chat with the customer care. Every number, email id mentioned, does not work. See my case below
1) I had ordered items worth 8K from Vila organics on 12th April and they dispatched is same day using Ship rocket who used Delhivery.
2) Today its 26th and yet I have not received the package. The owner has switched off this phone, Delhivery is cant be reached as there is no way and Shiprocket does not tak to customers directly, they talk to only Sellers
3) Since 18th April, I am being told by Shiprocke via Delhivery that I will get my package in 24 hrs, well guess what its been 200+ hours and package not delivered yet
4) The latest tracking shows that parcel is near my house(just 15-20 mins time wise distance) yet they have kept it there for 4 days and I have no clue where the warehouse is, else I would have collected myself.
5) Please never ever go for Shiprocket and Delhivery, you will regret
