I am here to share my experience with delhi metro when I last visited delhi. What I observed is the delhi metro is truly the lifeline of the delhi. It is easily accessible from any part of the delhi.
Almost 80% to 85% people of delhi travel by delhi metro. The tickets price are also reasonable and common man also can afford it. the interanls of the metro are very spacious, nice looking and clean unlike other indian trains.
The security at the metro stations is also nice. there are many metro stations and many routes across delhi. so one can easily board metro from any part of the city.
Also, the speed of the metro is very high unlike any other vehicle such as car etc. so in the heavy traffic of city like delhi, metro is the best option if you one wants to reach some place at earliest.
So, overall it is really the day to da easy transport for delhi-ties. You can have experience of this if you go delhi sometimes.
