Hey I had also ordered laptop from dejavutrends.com initially I was also scared after placing order from this site. I waited 1 month but didn't get the product customer service always trying to delay delivery and all problems same as being faced by u all. So I applied for a refund and finally got my money back. I spoke to ebs gateway people also they provide fraud protection against this site.
