You may prefer dit, dehradun over graphic era or any other institute of dehradun. It has grown tremendously and has succeeded in acquiring iso as well as NBA accreditations apart from some worth praising grants from government and wolrdbank. Graphic era on the other hand is more of a proprietership concern.

Dit is established with a very good infrastructure and the average qualification of faculty members is good.

If you consider COER rrorkee as an option, it too is a good college for MCA or else you may also consider IMS, dehradun, the sister concern of DIT, which is better in terms of teching quality and academic inputs and is shifting to its new campus this year, thus overcoming its infrastructural limitations

A guy who is self motivated and capable should prefer dit over coer or ims but if you feel that you need personalised attention and grooming you should consider ims. an enginneering college do not run MCA programme as thier flagship product, though ims treats it as its flagship program.

I myself have been associated with both the institutes and appreciate the orientation of management towards student welfare in general
