Dear Sir/Madam,
I am D Praveen Kumar; I had taken your services on 12-12-2023 for grouting (independent house Ground floor), after completion work one bathroom was leakage started due to that ground floor affected. company had given 8 years warranty, but when I call to office there are continuously post pone. I am highly disappointed with Deccan Clap service and support. The response from the team is extremely poor, and there is no proper follow-up or assistance provided after raising issues. The overall experience has been very unsatisfactory. I expected Deccan Clap professional service and timely support, but unfortunately, it was not delivered at all.
Raise a issue to 1) Mr. Arshed(Regional Manager)
2) Mr. Vahid(In charge)
3) Mr. Ratnakar
One new tenant is ready to occupy but above issue he is not ready to occupy the house. One side I lost one month rent second side our house damage.
Looking to the matter and resolve the issue very urgent.
