Hello Mr. Harshavardhanreddy Annem, w our team has worked on dampness issue which been resolved and now a new leakage source has been developed which is not Dampness, it continuous drop drop leakage. You are trying to get rectify under warranty which given for Dampness issue. Anyhow our team was aligned to identify the route cause. If it comes under warranty will resolve the issue.
