I bought shoes from Decathlon and within 12 months shoes sole got cracked I approach Decathlon shop for repair it they denied completely. When I bought this shoes that time Decathlon sales representative told me that this shoes has warranty. I tried to reach via email to customer care they also denied. I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from Decathlon while buying they commit warranty but there is no such warranty. In simple term they are doing fraud no quality and commitments.
