I ordered a product online and returned it on the following day. They were supposed to process the refund amount, but they kept quite for more than 3 months. When I tried to contact them online and through customer service, there was no reply. Online query goes to Decathlon US and there were sorry about this. When I visited Decathlon store, I was told that they are not responsible for online orders. They asked me to contact care.india@decathlon.com and they assured that I will surely get the help on refund. It has been more than a week since I contacted them. Still there is no reply. I finally realized that I will never receive my refund amount. Once return is done for a online order, they all close the ways for customer to contact them. Probably, that is how they make profits in india. I request all not to order any products online as I don't want to see any other victim of the same.
