This is to bring i to ur notice that i purchased a traction bar from offline store due to sum urgency from decathlon indirapuram ghaziabad u.p.
But, they are not yet able to get it installed.
They sent person once but his drill machine didnt hav a long wire. Also electricity was disturbing dat day.our invertor also ran out of battery due to drill8ng.also one wall was told bit weak for that product.
We requested him to cum after 1 day wid prior appintment. Since dat day we are daily reminding dem and decathlon is saying that they will come. Bit no one came. Atlast i managed to get the ph no of drilling installation person. He is also Giving fake commitments but not sending person. I hav wats ap chats wid him.
Now i dont want to use dis product. I want to return dis..
Collect dis from my place. Return my money with penalty for disturbing me. As i suffered lots of loss at my event due to absence of dis product.
Treat this email as a warning.i shall move to consumer court if my full amount along with rs 10000 penalty is not refunded to my account.

As already told, store people are not able to handle this problem. I need refund + penalty at my home. I will not go anywhere.
