I settled a small debt through them, they collected the money and Subbu aggressively followed up for the funds. After paying them there is no sign of the updated CIBIL report, everyone is out of the office when called or if they do take calls they say it will be emailed tomorrow. It has been nearly one year.
They are a bunch of thieves and totally unprofessional. Am not sure where my funds that were allegedly supposed to have gone to bank in question!
Under no circumstances deal with them.
