I had once gone to pay my mtnl telephone bill at sanchar bhawan hari nagar New Delhi. Couldn't believe my eyes what I say there - there was huge que and my number was 57th I realized people are spending more than an hour to make just one payment -not only this. Its the same for paying electricity bill and water bills -
Every person especially economically weaker section, can't afford net banking facility but imagine if it becomes so simple like. You just have to go to any ATM and pay your bills! need not to stand in queue for hours need not to bother about the change that you have to carry, besides the same amount can be debited to your account automatically.
