Dear Zindagi, is about Kaira(Alia Bhatt), a modern day girl(in her twenties, like every other woman of her generations) who has relationship issues and a horrid past that doesn’t let her live her life at the fullest, as she still has some problem with her Parents(the reason is however revealed later). Circumstances, forces her to shift back to Goa, to her Parents, which she does not really like. However, due to her persisting problems, she’s unable to find her peace there. That’s when she meets Dr. Jehangir(SRK), a famous Psychiatrist, who has a knack of solving his patient’s problems in a very uncanny and unconventional methods in terms of Therapy. Is, Jug able to guide her and sort out her life, is what, the film is all about.
