I have previously had banking accounts with some international banks including ABN Amro, RBS, HSBC & Citibank. I would say DBS ranks last as compared to the other four banks. They levy arbitrary charges on the customer without any logical explanation. I regret getting into contract with DBS. Horrible experience.
They work with a creepy third party operator VPHL that makes fake promises to take over customers from other institutions. The whole nexus is opaque and highly unethical and unprofessional to say the least.
