Very strict company policies.
If you get late by 30 Mins, company will cut your half day salary.
If got late by 15 mins for 3 days in month, company will cut your 1 day salary.
Never ever feel like you are working in IT company.
Very less allowances for night.Sometimes you will shame on yourself if ur applying for allowances.
Best for job security.
Too less projects and too BIG bench.
Full of politics.
Worst cafeteria, may found insects in lunch.
