In this month on 4th of Oct. we had been to Dapoli for 4 Days along with my family and in laws and family friends. we did't booked anywhere and after reaching to Dapoli we inquired one of the local shop owner advised us to try with a resort Sea Princess.
We called up to the hotel and reached there. we found that the resort is very beautifully located at the time of entering the parking area only we were welcomed with warmth. After checking in we enjoyed in the sea for long time, then took the shower and asked for Lunch. we were surprised to know that at a such remote place also there was a lot of variety of menu was available and the service was also very quick.
The only problem we found that there is no room service for food, but we had enjoyed the best Konkani and
Afterwards we went to Murdi [advised by Mr. Sagar Manager] to see the Awadhoot Products canning unit, which was closed at that time but we purchased Mango Pulp cans, Mango Panhe concentrate, mango and Ananas sweets, etc. at the 60% cot of the market. [After coming home we found that all the products were fantastic.] we spend whole day in that area only as we had our packed lunch with us in hot containers.Next day early in the morning we went to Keshavraj temple, which is about 4-5 km from resort.
The temple is located on a hill and it is simply beautiful, one may nit believe but there is a Gomukh and the water is coming for all 365 days. The entire area is very beautiful also. Later we went to Dr. Mokal's nursery. The nursery is absolutely fantastic with variety of masala plants inclusive of Vanilla plantation also.In the evening we went to Chandika temple on Dabhol road which was a diff. experience to see a 300 years old temple totally carved in black stone.We wanted to see lots of more places around but due to time constraint we were helpless but we shall again go and stay there for more days and enjoy the Konkan.I would like to note that the sea princess resort was really very good, the food quality was fantastic and very tasty, the staff was very polite. The rooms, toilets were absolutely spotless clean.Very good children's play ground is also there.
